Every event is custom — pick your budget, prize pool, and claw difficulty. 50% Square invoice deposit locks your date; balance due 2 weeks before event. Rush orders (≤21 days) are reviewed and approved before invoicing. Details can be adjusted after deposit — we'll true-up the balance. Travel beyond 30 miles of Tampa adds $150 — waived with 2+ machines.
